R4TW is a global initiative raising awareness and funds for international and local projects focusing on community development and sports ministry. The goal is to connect groups of people and organizations mobilizing them to make a difference locally and around the world. This race will raise funds locally for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes here in Forsyth and Dawson Counties supporting sports ministry in our public schools and on our community ball fields. Internationally, funds will be raised for OM SportsLink projects serving in 25 countries. Since 2007, R4TW has involved people on every continent running on streets, forest trails, in the high altitudes of the Himalayas and on the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, all uniting for the same cause.
